      Can learn lot of stuff during initial phase but things get monotonous after that. Food and snacks are provided. Cab facility is provided. AI tools access is provided

      Cons

      More work ( since managers ask why you cant deliver with AI ) They expect high quality in short span of time. Less pay for work They havent laid off since the start of this company, but this year (2026) people got laid off.

      The company is growing so quickly that it is hard to keep track of the new trends, and product releases.
