      Cool Office and functions, handful of nice people who aren’t there to stab you in the back!

      Cons

      Can’t make use of office facilities. Micro management. Constructive dismissing is a thing. No real HR, upper management ostracize. No room for growth, extremely high turnover and incredibly inappropriate relationships between manco. Incredibly inappropriate comments and behavior from ceo and some managers. Change targets and kpis constantly set you up to fail. Recruitment process is painfully dragged out and intrusive. Don’t be fooled by “the office” physical environment is fine, behavioral environment is the worst I have ever encountered. Forever being sued at ccma.

      As a company that has never been sued at the CCMA, and never had a case of unfair dismissal or constructive dismissal, we wonder why someone would publish this post. The anonymity of the site does, unfortunately, protect those who make false, libelous, and defamatory claims without any detail. We do reject a lot of people who wanted to work at SurTech, and this is the result.
