Change for the Better - Human Resources Surgical Notes Employee Review

Surgical Notes always listens to suggestions for change. The people who work here are all outstanding when you speak with them. One of the core values is positive attitude, and you certainly find that here. Everyone works remotely for the most part which is absolutely amazing. Even though we're remote, you still have regular interactions and sense of teamwork that I've never experienced anywhere else. Everyone wants to help out one another. The pay is regularly reviewed which makes you feel comfortable that the company is looking out for you. They did a 3% increase this year which I think is higher than almost everyone else I talked to at similar companies who either received nothing or less than 2. There are regular performance reviews so you know exactly how you're doing - no surprises!
