Pros

The experience that I have gained from the position(s) that I have held with this company have been unbelievable. I have grown in so many areas that there are too many to count. I am a firm believer that if you aren't learning something new pretty frequently that you become complacent. There is not a week that goes by that I am not educated on something and I have been in this business for over 20 years. The upper management team is very transparent with the team and that makes for great morale within the department.

Cons

If you are not good with fast paced and multiple tasks at one time, this would not be for you. It is easy to become frustrated with the multiple things going on at any given time. You must be able to learn to prioritize on your own and create strong communication without the direction of your management team.

Pros

Remote work is the only pro

Cons

The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
