Pros

The Miami Beach location near Lincoln Road (and previously Espanola Way) are very nice.

Cons

The CEO is a charming, kooky kind of man. His high level of intelligence and seemingly earnest ways can be misleading. In fact, he is incredibly preoccupied with company sentiment. He has a monitoring software that tracks every keystroke on every computer on his network, and periodically checks in to see how his employees are feeling about their jobs. Negative sentiments, in his eyes, are grounds for dismissal. He thus surrounds himself with those who will follow him around, telling him what he wants to hear. He's perfect, the company is perfect, and the 20-or-so employees are all the problem. They're all just whiny children. The fact is, those 20-or-so are not the same people that they have been; this company has the HIGHEST turnaround that you'll find in the area. A year is the average, but many leave or are terminated around 6 months. A lot of promises of benefits have been made, but over the past 2 years, more have been taken away. Work from home days have been removed, periodic team building was abolished, holiday lunches, earn-able bonuses... all gone. There is also no training structure for new employees. What one employee may know, the person next to them in the same position may not. A promise that the CEO makes to a client on the phone may not be relayed to the appropriate parties. Instead, the CEO is too busy writing fictitious Glass Door reports like the one below, trying to keep up appearances. The company is not growing in experienced employees, in morale, in methodology, or otherwise. It's simply a sinking ship, but all that matters to upper management is that those onboard watch it do so with no complaints.

Pros

I enjoyed working with the people here, everyone supported everyone, and my direct manager was absolutely amazing.

Cons

I got very sick with an autoimmune disease, and while I wasn't outright fired, They waited until all my vacation time was used up, and then let me go, despite the fact that my disease is a protected disability under the ADA. I didn't know that at the time, but I was less than a week away from being well enough to return to work.
