Pros

- Very friendly coworkers, as a newbie anytime I need assistance feel like I can ask anyone on the team and they are happy to help - CEO set up 1x1 with me after only 1 month just to check in and see how I was doing, leadership here actually cares and wants to help you succeed - Great professional resources, opportunity to attend events in the industry and gain memberships to network and learn from other professionals - Career coaching services available, I meet every 2 weeks with a certified career coach, basically free job therapy sessions - sales reps work with each other not against, enough leads and opportunity for everyone - work from home is ideal, no micromanagement either or people breathing down your neck - Competitive salary with monthly bonus opportunities and uncapped commission - Marketing regularly provides new and updated material to the reps - Unlimited potential for this company to go to the moon, we are one of the few players in this industry doing this type of advertising and all of our tech is proprietary and built by some extremely sophisticated engineers

Cons

as a sales rep you always want more inbound leads, as our marketing outreach expands I expect that to pick up as well

Pros

Great workplace—my team were both friendly and very smart, compensation and health benefits were generous, and I always felt appreciated. I gained a lot of valuable skills and grew a lot while I was there.

Cons

Priorities shifted frequently—typical of a startup—so adaptability was essential.

Pros

Most of the people are great to work with. Generally positive, helpful, smart, energetic, and fun to be around. The mission and positioning of the company is solid

Cons

The org structure is set up for a 20 person company (not 120 person). There is no one in HR/People Operations (not hard to extrapolate challenges with that) There are two CEOs that almost everyone in the company roles up to. This creates bottlenecks, lack of execution, and inconsistent decision-making and leadership. The Product/Eng velocity and execution is not aligned to what the business is selling. Very challenging for remote employees to succeed.
