10yHI, I would like to offer a sincere apology on behalf of the company.
Thank you for leaving the feedback and I hope that you have since found a role that you enjoy and are happy in. We have recently started to develop our 'On-Boarding' process and training as people move further into their roles. We hope that this will help with integration into the team and the wider business.
We value diversity and want to make sure that everyone that joins the business feels welcome and comfortable.We wont always get this right, but we will keep trying to improve.
