Disorganized. No HR. No benefits. No diversity (all white people), boss thinks you’re faking it if you call out sick, have to use vacation days for sick time. Narcissistic 0wners. Products bad for your health. Minimal health and safety training. Inconsistent technical training. 0wners are racist and homophobic / won’t do anything if you experience discrimination. Didn’t even know what DEI stood for. Will fire you over text because they have no spine and are probably on vacation anyways. They will make you feel like disposable scum of the earth even if you’ve made them hundreds of thousands of dollars, while they’re on a gondola in Italy spending the money you made for them.
