Pros

Sureti IMF is a great teamwork environment for a work from home job. Fun perks, generally well supported by leaders. From the interview process, to on boarding and taking over my role Business Development Officer have been there to support and help me. I'm enjoying what I'm learning and continue to be excited about where my career will go here.

Cons

Sureti has made me question why I ever settled for less. The working environment, culture and positive overall energy here is fantastic. Sureti IMF is going places and i want to continue to be a part of their journey as long as they'll have me! I have very happy here. The work is good, challenging but not stressful. They make sure you know the various teams within the company and want you to be successful. The encouragement within the department and from other teams is refreshing. Its a great place to work once you are onboarded and have connections with team members.

Pros

You might get a shoutout from your future self saying, “At least you didn’t pay the ₹600.” (see cons )

Cons

It all started with a call from a woman who said she found my resume on a job portal. She informed me about an opening for an “Associate Manager” position and shared a brief job description. I expressed interest, and she sent me a link for an online meeting. When I joined the meeting, there were many other participants. Another woman took over the presentation and talked about how the company operates, how income is generated, and how this job is different from others. She also shared a personal story about moving from Kodaikanal, joining this company, and settling with her mother. At the end of the meeting, I asked a question about the number of openings, since many people were attending. She abruptly disconnected the call. Curious and concerned, I did some research and contacted a few individuals. I discovered that some people had been scammed and lost ₹600. The role functions like a recruitment chain: once you’re hired, you're expected to recruit others, who then have to recruit more people. Everyone involved holds the same title, “Associate Manager.” There’s very little transparency — people are not allowed to interact freely, and no one knows each other's real identities.
