      Ponytails, toe sandals, bra-less hippies

      Cons

      Illegally running business out of residential home, laughable management, low pay, expect to work OT for free, benefits are not paid, owners let their children run around the office causing major disruption, travel is not reimbursed, company will be gone within year, employees are forced to quit so they can avoid paying into unemployment Shady people looking to pay their employees peanuts

      Family Friendly and Team Focused Very focused on quality and care for customers and staff Very different approach to service than I had doing tech support before Learned about many different types of systems and deployments

      Cons

      Can be hectic and some large projects are not as well organized as they should be The owners focus only on cloud computing and instead of onsite servers where I get to see customers more
