Working with wonderful people is always exciting. Solving difficult business problems, and creating technology solutions that become indispesible has its own unique reward. I always feel a touch stretched, but not overwhelmed. Working from home can be beautiful, but I still have a lovely office when I need it. The conference room is also very nice. Having access to a bucket at the driving range is also quite a nice perk.
