I have seen people evolving as leaders erasing the barriers of typical bossism. They are cooperative and impart learning in every walk of your life at the organization. It is a BPO with certain ethics and operating procedures leaving no space for sluggishness and inefficacy.

It was little distant to my place! However, I don’t have complaints on that.
