Pros
If you're a smoker you get all the smoke breaks you want (but only if you're a smoker).Everyone else only gets two 5 minute breaks and a 30 minute break
Cons
They have the buddy buddy system There's people that just stand around on their phones and do nothing for most of the day if they catch you on your phone just checking the time and you're not in their buddy system then you might get wrote up or fired the main boss has a bromance with the guy in the office that does the pull tickets he can do no wrong and if he does he tries to put it off on someone else and if he can't do that the main boss just laughs It off and there's no HR on site
