No significant cons that I can think of

I feel very much at ‘home’ at SCW. The team is a blend of very different professional backgrounds. But they all have one thing in common. All members of the company are open, friendly and willing to help and learn from each other. There is a formal senior management level, yet on a daily base, one does not feel a hierarchy. From CEO to business analyst, there is an open door policy at all times and on all levels. The mutual respect and appreciation of skills amongst our team makes work feel more like fun. I like going into the office and spending my days with everyone.

There is really not much I can add at this point as a con. The C-level is making a great effort to ensure the person fits the job and the job fits the person.
