Poor communication. Lack of resources and understanding. Start up growing pains.

Thanks for providing such feedback. Things sometimes don't work out as planned and hence team members need to be traded. Taking that into account we provided 3 months of severance pay and made sure that the team member will have enough resources to find another employer.
Full ownership - you are treated as a stakeholeder. Everyone is made aware of the company's current financial and performance metrics as well as the near term and long term goals and a plan to reach those goals. You feel like you are developing your won comapny (and you actually do have stock options by default).
Cons
At the point of writing this, it's still a startup with venture funding so you don't know if it's gonna make it or not.

Thanks for the feedback. We are making things happening and are on a trajectory to the Moon.
