Pros

Interesting overall ideas Passionate founders No other pros, really!

Cons

Uncomfortable office Totally unskilled management, especially in tech perspective Small potential of professional and career growth Random development process metodology (some employees can literally to do nothing or to emulate work) Uncontrolled company growth Underpaid "working horses", overpaid family members/friends of top management, other "privileges for chosen"

Pros

* Interesting product * A lot of responsibility * Great opportunities for gaining experience

Cons

* No work-life balance: You are frequently asked to stay long hours. Sometimes justified, often pointless without any real reason. * Very low salaries: The industry has a lot to offer compared to SuperUp. If you are looking to be properly paid for your work look elsewhere. * No benefits: no lunch, improper travel expenses and other benefits you get in most high-tech companies. * Horrible management: The only thing they care about is their product and going to market. Employees are the ones who suffer from it in all aspects. Tons of micro-management. Constantly lying to employees about various requests, just feels like you are trying to survive there. * Terrible office: SuperSmall open-space office with crammed tables, small kitchen with tiny table to eat on. 2 Toilets for 40 men. * Inadequete equipment: Your requests for equipment is usually denied unless you are very valuable to the company or from management. Whether that's a computer you need, specific keyboard, mouse or a testing device. * Uncomfortable location, far from the train. If you don't live in Ashdod it's a nightmare to get there.

Pros

CEO is trying really hard "WOW-effect" from the product

Cons

Managers' technical level is absurdly low Company has lack of experts, still hiring managers instead Company's fast growth + low starting compensation package is a huge issue: we've ended up with tons of "junior in senior's clothing" Management wants their employees to work overtime on the regular basis without proper compensation No support for employees who wants to visit industry conferences
