Pros

Stable hours and reliable pay – Regular shifts and dependable income. 2. Teamwork and support – Most coworkers are helpful and cooperative. 3. Physical activity – Great for people who like staying active and not sitting all day. 4. Simple to learn – Training is quick, and tasks are straightforward. 5. Overtime opportunities – Good chances to earn extra income during busy periods. 6. Skill development – Learn inventory handling, packing systems, and time management. 7. Career growth – Possibility to move up to forklift operator, shift leader, or supervisor. 8. Independent work – Once trained, you can focus on your own tasks with little supervision. 9. Job security – Warehousing is an industry that always needs workers. 10. Good first job – Perfect for gaining experience in logistics or manufacturing.

Cons

Physically demanding – Long hours standing, lifting, or bending. 2. Repetitive tasks – The same motions can get tiring over time. 3. Fast-paced environment – Meeting targets can be stressful. 4. Temperature issues – Hot in summer, cold in winter (depending on warehouse). 5. Limited breaks – Some shifts have short or strictly timed breaks. 6. Noise and dust – The environment can be loud or dusty. 7. Limited personal interaction – Most time is spent focused on tasks. 8. Heavy lifting – Risk of back pain or fatigue if not careful. 9. Shift changes – Sudden schedule changes can affect work-life balance. 10. Few recognition programs – Hard work sometimes goes unnoticed.

Pros

The work is straight forward.

Cons

- The training is non existent. - No one knows if you get paid for the first 2 hours which is supposed to be an induction but it’s just straight up work. - I know the job better than most people working there for years. (I’ve only worked one shift) - if you did forget to clock in but arrived on time and worked the whole shift, you will not get paid a penny. - The whole time I was there I was told it I leave I will not get paid a penny for the hours worked. I was told this like 5 times on my first shift and I was kept wondering, why would I leave. Health and safety is non existent. They ask you to wear a hard helmet which makes no sense because if a pallet falls from a height it will not protect you.
