      1) Salary in advance 2) Good working habitat 3) Friendly and helpful coworkers 4) Good experience.

      Cons

      1) Too many snitches 2) A good employee won't get any kind of pay raise. 3) They ask too many things for the salary they offer. 4) People that give 100% are getting dumped over and do all the"dirty" work.
