Lots of opportunity to make money here. Unlike restaurants in the downtown Minneapolis area, Sunshine Factory is always busy. Always a way to make money if you put the time and effort into it. Management is great and they really care about making sure you find success there and that you are happy in all circumstances. Very inclusive. Family owned, family oriented.

None! Love it there, and am still dining in every now and then.

There are some great co-workers and there is a loyal base of people you get to know who come in weekly.

The managers treat you as a NEWBIE, I'm not joking, until like year 5. Most employees have been there 2,5,10,15 years. So you don't get the same opportunities or parties unless you're an OG. Unless you somehow you become a favorite randomly by the manager. Some people were not that great in their performance but they were given parties all the same. New people tend to be expendable.
