Every 6 months you get a $0.25 raise, and over the winter holidays, they give you gift cards. Also, the training is really thorough. You won't cashier until you feel 100% confident to go out alone.
Cons
There aren't a whole lot of benefits to the job, but the environment is nice and friendly.
