Pros
Had many pros earlier but from last two years no Pros. Freshers have excellent job opportunities due to a lot of vacancies but make sure you have high grade technical skills and ready to work on low wages.
Cons
I like the enthusiasm to change things but the management have no idea how to do so. The company has lost so many experienced employees with technical knowledge and want people with 2-4 years of experience to do the change in no time. The management and mainly the middle management wit no technical skill are made the managers of teams who have no idea how to handle the work or solve the impediments. They just know how to impose things but do not have any solution for that. Every Manager has a favorite with no reason why and all the things are granted to them even they are fairly working. There is no appreciation of the work you have except you are on the favorite one. The company do not have enough money to hire a technical person. I don't know what is the hike based on, it doesn't match with what hike is given to people. Please at least give some reason for that properly. Don't run away with that. The company is running in profits and taking over other companies but still such atmosphere is being created that the employees are doing nothing and because of that the company is in losses. The company had been working on stone age technologies and wants to upgrade to the latest technologies in no time. Recently I have heard the announcements which are made to the entire floor on the name of facilities in India office is that cold water will be provided in summers and Butter milk will also be provided. I mean come on It is a IT company or a 3rd grade school. The condition of India office is the worst. There are minimal facilities as compared to the offices in UK and US. Purely behaving in a racist manner. The Inflation in Indian market is 8% and people here are getting hike of 5%. I have seen the differences. The Management does not treat the people well in India weather it is hike, facilities, events, prizes, etc.
