I have been working with Sunovaa for the past 2 years. They deployed me to work with Honeywell. And I should say that right from the start they have been very responsive. On time salary and even helped me to claim health insurance when I needed it the most. This role helped me to get an on-role opportunity with the same client company. Supportive work environment with good learning opportunities. Management encourages collaboration and teamwork. Exposure to challenging projects helped enhance technical and problem-solving skills. Colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable.

Workload can occasionally be high during critical project phases. Some internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
