Family business, they allow you to run your store how you would like, very open minded. Offer Medical now for the first time. Franchise are different from cooperate.
Cons
work 6 days a week, its SMC Sunoco is family ran so its hard to express your concerns because they back each other. no retirement plan. stick to Sunoco Inc. rarely any bonuses. If your holiday runs right before or after a holiday they will make you work the day of, before or after. not an organized franchise for them to have 10+ locations.
