They need to increase their starting pay. Employees should be payed more for the work you put in. They have a, "can't leave till the job is done", mentality, but management got several people in trouble for working overtime. In the past when they did increase the starting pay, wouldn't increase the pay of the employees currently there. I went into the job making several dollars more than people who had been working their for years. They do not want to give raises, including to the people taking on more responsibility(ex- shift leads).
