Company lunches, but it is more of trick that they buy you lunch and make your work during your lunch and make you clock out.

Communication is non-existent between higher ups and manager level positions. They really do not care about the welfare of their employees for example, talking to my manager in a meeting and someone kept barging in and interrupting a 1 on 1 where I was trying to get pay figured out. Keep adding and adding onto my job description without paying me more. If you are looking for a company with a great culture I would look elsewhere.
