Pros
Lots to learn. Continuously growing and improving. They support groups to develop and build projects with strong budgets and build good technical teams.
Cons
Too many managers who do almost nothing. Lots of very high level management who put their spin on safety programs that take away from focus on actual field safety. Could be improved with leaning more on field personnel and empowering them to make the safety decisions.
