Pros
- Travel: If you are lucky enough to be part of an important company project, the travel possibilities to the UAE and Sub-Saharan Africa are incredible. I dare to say you will find better for a new starter or bright young thing at a business. - Opportunities for fast-learning: The Junior Staff are quickly taught to embrace the various projects and company/organisational challenges. Opportunities for learning for those who want it.
Cons
- I saw myself staying at Sunbird a lot longer but it was clear after a while that was not how the management felt. The four senior directors are much more likely to hire talent from bigger corporates than promote from within and are happy to keep young staff churning out the sausage.
