They do pay you. Training is available.

Cons

Low 401k match. Insurance isn't very good. Pay generally isn't very good. Raises don't really exist.

Culture always depends on the direct leader. Most of the culture is good here.

HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

Cons

I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
