Pros

Company has ok pay, good time off, and benefits. Always work to be done, so job security is very promising.

Cons

A lot of lower management seems to be out of touch or just doesn't care. They are more worried about saving every penny they can to increase their profit share instead of buying proper equipment that would keep us from being exposed to harsh conditions and chemicals. Certain special tools won't be purchased for machine maintenance so in return techs have to buy the tools out of pocket to avoid hostilities from management and outside sales reps because the equipment can not make money if its down. Certain employees won't do all of their job which in turn forces another employee to pick up the others slack while still having to do their own job while management turns away and ignores the issue. Some employees are close friends with managers and use that to make themselves look higher on the pole and treat coworkers unfairly as far as being unprofessional and creating a false sense of power. As it all comes down to what PC you work at! Some are better than others.

Pros

company truck, company gas, expense account

Cons

Coercive Non-Competes: Instead of retaining talent through fair pay and competent leadership, management uses overreaching non-compete agreements to trap their workforce. Seeing colleagues like Zane bogged down by these heavy-handed tactics shows a fundamental lack of respect for employees' career mobility. Pervasive Micromanagement: Leadership insists on controlling minor details, bottlenecking progress and alienating competent employees. The Sunk Cost Fallacy: Instead of learning from mistakes, senior leaders consistently double down on poor decisions, driven by an unwillingness to admit fault. The Peter Principle in Action: The executive team suffers from an overinflated sense of their own acumen, which barely masks a fundamental lack of competence. People have clearly been promoted to their level of incompetence.
