Pros
Used to have a great learning culture. SE org was great under previous leadership. competitive OTE. Security and logs product is good.
Cons
Whole leadership team in the SE org collapsed after PE take over. No innovation, not keeping up with market. Gartner and other ratings says a lot about the product, not good at all. Culture turned bad. Sales org is very revenue centric with no concentration on product improvement.
