I have just recently started working for the company and I am very appreciative of the outstanding onboarding experience. I am truly grateful to be given the opportunity to work remotely for this company as this gives an opening for people like me who might be hindered to work at the office due to circumstances.
Cons
Due to the remote work setting of the company, all communications as well as discussions are done online. However, I am glad that the company carries out online meet ups, social activities and meetings weekly. It really helps bring the team closer.
