      Pros

      Encourage and reward out of the box thinking. Questions or concerns are addressed quickly. The team at headquarters is very helpful and responsive. Benefits are good, matched 401k, tuition assistance and I experienced a great work life balance.

      Cons

      I would have liked to see my manager more.

      Pros

      I've had no issues with any of my fellow employees. They're all nice and very helpful.

      Cons

      If you specialize in anything, you'll most likely be isolated but if that is what you want it's not really a problem.
