Fine - AV Engineer Summit Systems Employee Review

Great atmosphere and great people to work with. Everyone is very nice and you have a lot of room to move up in the company. HR department is great!

Not many cons that I can think of. But if you are expecting to not do any physical work then this position is not for you.

I have worked for this company for almost 2 years, and I am overjoyed to be here. Within 1 year, I was promoted to a managerial position. My skills/talents were recognized from day 1, and I'm a witness that there is PLENTY of room for growth within this organization. Every single individual works hard, and sometimes we work long hours. But, overall - SSi is a great place to work. All of the leaders are very motivational & supportive to the staff members. They go out of their way to ensure that our work environment is full of positive energy; and when there's a concern, it's addressed immediately. There are plenty incentives, as well - such as catered breakfast/lunch, company parties, early release days, managerial staff that are understanding, vacation/sick days, beautiful facility, awesome co-workers, and so much more. It's not all about bonuses & what a company can give you - we're not charity cases. We're employees, who are reasonably paid for our skills. I wouldn't trade my position with Summit for the WORLD. I also wouldn't make this company out to be an awful place to work, because it is FAR from that!! I look forward to many more years with Summit!!

I'll have to get back with you on this one. As with any other company, there will be stress...there will be long days. Do what needs to be done, and move on. We're adults, not children. :)
