I would say probably none other than working from home which can have its advantages and disadvantages.

Wow where do I start??? Nobody is in sync at this company and it starts from the top and across all departments and the worst part about it is that no one really cares about communication. The top management expects the best talent but they want to pay McDonald s wages. There are little processes in place and you are expected to "figure it out" as you are all adults which makes me think that the COO who is actually in charge of adult sitting has little knowledge on how to run the business. Everyone here is over worked, benefits are not good especially for a tech company, and culture sucks.
