Cons
Profit is the single, overriding concern. Customers are considered valuable only in terms of "expected retention rate." Employees are viewed as metrics, not people. Systems and policies are implemented without any true understanding of the factors involved. Management is uninvolved and unconcerned with lower tier techs. Raised issues will be listened to but not acted upon. Team morale is inherently poor. Employees are specifically directed to find other opportunities if dissatisfied.
