This is a company that if you want to learn how to become one of the best recruiter's in the business, then you come here. They teach and mentor you throughout the entire process and make sure that you have the skills to become successful. It's a tight-knit office and everybody who works at Summit is there for a reason. Draft League for football Team meals every once and a while corn-hole Football on during the season Company outings

Can't think of many. You need to be a hard worker as the hours could grow on some, but honestly the payoff makes up for it.
