Cons
The people are super toxic if you’re new or not licensed. They hire mostly temp employees that they see as disposable. If the employees don’t like you off the bat, they will talk about you negatively to others and get you fired and not give you a chance. Super unprofessional management that causes unprofessional employees. The training at this company is unorganized, and they expect you to know how to do everything after showing you once. There is not much room for growth at this company as the work is repetitive. They force employees to work overtime, too. Understaffed, but they rather overwork the employees that they have and try to make you feel that they are doing you a favor by hiring you. I would not recommend working here full time.
