Little to Zero Communication between Management and Employees - Anonymous Employee- Former Employee Sumida Employee Review

Untruthful managers, not following through with what discussed in interview. No tasks given by management. Told to find things to do and stay busy. Once things were found to do I was told they were not important. And given nothing to do to replace what I found. Told manager at interview my weaknesses and only project I was given was the exact weaknesses I reported. Wasn’t given any documentation and was told “it better be right”. Direct manage ignored me daily and only interacted when I initiated. Had the feeling from day 1 I wasn’t wanted. They should be ashamed of the way they handle new employees. Not to mention most engineers work from home and are largely unavailable.
