      Pros

      Large international company with customers all over the world.

      Cons

      Authoritarian Company Culture, BLs with UK logics. Russian Ownership. Received a new job description after 6 months including 10 additional duties not agreed in the employment contract. Not reasonable annual objectives / budgets / margins. Lack of resources to support sales and operations for the BL. Deep-rooted political games.

      Small-Company feel at this particular location.

      Cons

      Very defensive workplace with zero accountability. You will get thrown under the bus the first opportunity, even when several others have touched the failed work.
