Very disorganized and chaotic work environment. Restaurant layout didn't make sense, so it took too long to do anything, making it impossible to provide good service. Servers often weren't allowed in the kitchen to ask about food, and food sometimes took two hours to come out to tables. Management didn't seem to care about making customers happy or the quality of the food. Everyone was expected to learn viral TikTok dances on their own time for birthdays.
