Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new skills or improve ones you already have. The team is friendly and forgiving, and does it's best to solve the client's problems. The product team is always improving the product to meet the demands of the every changing eCommerce landscape.

Cons

Being fully remote you may need to be a self motivated individual to succeed. It's a small team currently so your role may be wider in scope than at a larger team. I believe this goes hand in hand with the pros listed above.

Decent Pay, Work from Home

Cons

Horrendous CEO - cares only about himself, zero direction given to accomplish tasks, a lot of "make something out of nothing" attitudes and displease when you don't deliver in an unrealistic timeline
