      Pros

      Great learning opportunities in all field and growth. In depth knowledge parted at ground level to make the basics strong.

      Cons

      On the flip side, the salary offered is in comparison lower than other automobile industry. Especially after recruiting Engineers from good engineering colleges like NITs.
