      25% Discount. Flexible Hours. -Ridiculous that this is a 20 word minimum when I have no other Pros do add.

      Cons

      Pressure to sell fragrance and VIP cards. Low pay across the board. Not enough floor coverage. Not able to take a lunch break if you’re the only manager on duty.
