- Good culture - Friendly colleagues - Work from home - Monthly feedback calls - Open conversation with the manager
Cons
- Wouldn't recommend working as a writer here as they're bombarded with daily task the most. - Management needs to take a look at their decisions. One year they made so many hirings for different roles and another year they decided to lay off most of them. It was truly disheartening.
