I once had an amazing area supervisor and loved my job for the most part. The manager money is pretty good if you have a good clientele.
Cons
If your district leader is good, your job will be good. It is very inconsistent leadership, they are spread to thin. The pay is way to low for starting entry level stylists, so this makes it hard to hire and keep a good stylist. 7.25 an hour, when every where else is way more. Their pitch is you give yourself a raise,but while you are desperately trying to build clientele you will only get minimum wage. You have to do $19.75 average service dollar or more. If you are in a slow area its very small hard
