Friendly coworkers, great atmosphere, everyone is easy to communicate with. Plus it's close to where I live. The company serves USC students so you get to know quite many of them.

Stuho is a student housing company suffering from negative online reviews. Plus sometimes the office is too flexible. (20 words requirement is annoying)

small company so limited benefits, dangerous area near USC not safe for yourself or your car, requires a lot of patience if you are working in customer service or leasing
