      leaving the company was the only pro

      Cons

      Location. Be prepared to get cat called. no benefits, micromanaging managers, lazy coworkers, sneaky systems. never pay out bonuses, or overtime. You deserve better, don't do it!

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, great atmosphere, everyone is easy to communicate with. Plus it's close to where I live. The company serves USC students so you get to know quite many of them.

      Cons

      Stuho is a student housing company suffering from negative online reviews. Plus sometimes the office is too flexible. (20 words requirement is annoying)

      fun environment, startup atmosphere, respectful managers, opportunity for growth, excellent networking, great job while in college or for recent grads

      Cons

      small company so limited benefits, dangerous area near USC not safe for yourself or your car, requires a lot of patience if you are working in customer service or leasing
