Management - Toxic bullies, think its ok to tell people they are rubbish at their jobs (when evidently they are not). Category managers - Exactly the same - history of bullying, micro managing within an inch of their lives. Promised staff to help on the team (that's expanding) never given and expected to pull it all out the bag. You are expected to work over time for free constantly. Think its ok to make people feel bad for taking their holidays. - Perks are now being taken off the staff. management have no respect for current staff still being made redundant. They cant even sort their payroll out since making them all redundant. - so if your wage is wrong due to their error you are waiting another month to have this rectified!
