The staff at Student U are some of the most incredible, thoughtful, and sincere people you will meet. Work-life balance is really strong, and it's just a fabulous work environment.

COVID-19 made feeling a sense of community at work a little more difficult!

They are dedicated to the mission of serving youth in the community. I was only a temporary position, but it was evident in the time there how invested they were in their mission. Staff rapport was high, and there was such a great support system. Every one gets a mentor and is poured into. The people there are so welcoming, warm, and accepting. It's truly like being part of a big family. It's no joke!

Low pay, but again, I was just a temporary position, so it could be different for full-time, year-round staff
