•Extremely poor Management even at director level •Face fits - if you are a favourite you will win in Student Roost unfortunately the favourites have all been there for 3+ years •Judgemental, arrogant and rude staff members - feel so uncomfortable and spoken down to across the teams including those on site but mainly HQ teams •Disrespectful •No work ethic - very flowery and fluffy but when you push for results you and told to back off (deadlines missed l)
